Returning to the live arena once again Sacre Noir will be performing live on Thursday the 13th November 2014 at Henry's Cellar Bar supporting Dancing Mice for the their LP launch. Also playing will be PAL, free entry / doors 7pm.

Following that Sacre Noir will be taking part in a special show at The Electric Circus, Edinburgh in tribute to gig goer and musc fan Donald Tiso. Lots of fine bands will be taking the stage for 10 mins to play stripped back / acoustic sets. Wednesday 19th November 2014 / doors 7pm.

Finally Sacre Noir will be launching their 3rd music video It's Too Late Now at Moriarty Bar, Edinburgh on Thursday the 20th November. The night will also feature a live set from Sacre Noir and a screening of the music video and behind the scenes footage. Doors 8pm / free entry!

Savage Sound System - Shan Times EP out now!

A monkey sits alone in a darkened room, a speaker strapped to its head emits strange and abrasive noises,  yet the monkey is powerless to intervene…
This is not the story of the Savage Sound System's new EP Shan Times,  however it is an arresting image nonetheless.
The sixth EP from the eclectic collective includes further collaborations with usual suspects MC Werd (Sons of Scotland),  MC ShilohZen and vocals from D.Soul the Soulsamurai,  and introduces MC Conscious Route (True Hold Records). to the line-up. This release also includes the reintroduction of vocalist / guitarist Pete Duffy for his first run out since the debut EP Let's Get Down To Brass Tacks.
The Savage Sound System were formed in 2006 due to a perceived lack of records being released by the Nectarine No. 9.  These tracks were created and warped by being sent across the ether from Scotland to Ireland, from the USA to Canada and back again.

In anticipation of the release of their 6th EP the Savage Sound System have put the title track, Shan Times, online for streaming. The track features Conscious Route on MC, D.Soul the Soulsamurai on vocals, Phil Lock on guitar and AlexisSs on bass synth and drums.

Having returned from a summer of shows in London, Paris and Gateshead, Sacre Noir will be performing live at Box, Glasgow. Great line-up of bands including Michelle Blades from Paris, Charly Houston, Cousin Kenny and We Were Kings. Thursday 21st August  - free entry from 730pm.
